Christmas shopping break in London
Pick the perfect friend for a city break.
Choose Eurostar (Paris Nord), arriving in the center of London.
Book a private room in the Generator London : 4 minutes’ walk from the train station st Pancras International. And : comfortable, clean, small, easygoing, less expensive than all hotels, good location, you walk to SoHo (20 minutes)
Wake up, have a breakfast at the hostel (Ok…)

Eat a Cheesecake V Everywhere but we ate it with our coffee Lime Cheesecake (yumi )
Mark & Spencer V Yes but no, I mean it’s not that worth
Go to Harrods X
Shopping at Sass & Bell V yes and we did our shopping ( one in Soho one in coventgarden )
Sleep in Generator V
Have a Collective Shower V and think you are a young student without money ( the only truth is “without money”)
Sleep in X no child no husband but why God couldn’t we sleep after 8’00 in the morning ???
Drink a Pim’s V but it did not taste
Buy Colman’s Mustard V
Eat and buy Jelly Beans V
Vintage shopping X
Coffee to go with drawing V
Take a red bus V
Make a picture with the traditional phone cabin V
Laugh a lot V V V V
+ Have a nice diner : don’t try to find a restaurant at 8’00 PM, take advice, choose and book before the evening…
We went to IMLI STREET Wardour Street, nice Indian food ( some are very spicy ) good wine and very nice service.
+ Sunday Morning : Borough Market for lunch : Vedett Boro Bistro outside, nice cosy, burger and tasty beer
+Go to a Molton Brown boutique, just to wash your hands and smell all the nice fragrances of the brand.
And even if you do not buy, just walk in the London street and enjoy the magical shop windows and the enchanting Christmas spirit all over the town.
